This guide shows you how to give the Laifaxin B2B Sales System to an AI assistant. You describe what you sell and approve the key steps; the AI handles targeting, prospect screening, outreach emails, and follow-up with the goal of directly generating inquiries.

What Does This System Do?

It is an instruction set and toolbox for AI assistants that works with Laifaxin.

This is not merely a buyer-list tool. It connects prospect screening, outreach emails, and multi-step follow-up into one workflow designed to directly generate replies and inquiries.

Core Result: Generate Inquiries Directly

Based on current tests, when the product and audience are a good fit and sending is activated correctly, about 80% of tasks receive an inquiry on the same day.

A better fit: products with a large prospect pool, distributors or wholesalers, and prospects who commonly respond to email—such as consumer goods, outdoor products, and standard industrial components.

A weaker fit: project-based products with very few potential buyers, long purchasing cycles, tenders, or mandatory vendor qualification. You can still run a small test, but batch email should not be the only acquisition channel.

Prepare Four Things

• A signed-in Laifaxin account;
• A one-sentence product description: what you sell, who buys it, your target market, and your main advantage;
• A Mac or Windows computer;
• An AI assistant that can read local files and run tasks.

Beginners can start with ZCode. Codex, Claude Code, WorkBuddy, and other file-and-command-capable AI assistants can also use the toolkit.

Method 1: Send the GitHub Link to Your AI Assistant

Create a new AI task and paste the following prompt. Replace XXX with your product:

Follow these steps:
1. Download the repository.
2. Run python3 tools/onboard_check.py first.
3. Read README.md, SKILL.md, RULES.md, and output-templates/README.md in that order.
4. Explain in plain language what the system does, what you need from me, and which steps require my approval.
5. Then guide me through the complete workflow using the repository's current rules.

Method 2: Download the ZIP and Open It with AI

If the AI cannot download the repository directly:

On Windows, if commands fail, ask the AI to continue through WSL or Git Bash.

Connect Your Laifaxin Account

During the first run, the AI will normally request:

1. your Laifaxin accesstoken;
2. the personal nickname used to sign outreach emails (nickname only—no company name or job title);
3. your one-sentence product description.

If you do not know how to retrieve the accesstoken, follow Get Your Laifaxin Access Credential and Connect AI.

Give the complete credential to the current AI task. The AI should verify the connection before continuing with the inquiry-generation workflow.

Approve Only the Key Steps

The AI follows the repository's current workflow, so you do not need to study APIs or configure every detail yourself.

Ask the AI to Recommend

At any step, you can say: “I am not sure. Recommend an option and explain why.” You do not need to learn every sales term before using the system.

We manufacture stainless steel insulated bottles for gift wholesalers, retail buyers, and private-label brands in the United States and Europe.
Our strengths are factory-direct pricing, custom logos, small trial orders, and fast sampling.
First assess product fit, then recommend the single best buyer segment to test.

You can start even if the information is incomplete. The AI will propose a first version and ask you to confirm or supplement it.

What Should You Do When Someone Replies?

An inquiry is a buying signal, not an order. When a prospect replies:

1. apply the Inquiry tag in Laifaxin to stop subsequent batch emails;
2. ask the AI or a salesperson to research the company, needs, and purchase potential;
3. continue with a one-to-one reply, quotation, sample discussion, and follow-up;
4. give high-quality inquiry websites back to the AI as seeds for expanding similar prospects and generating more inquiries.

The toolkit does not automatically classify every reply or apply the Inquiry tag, so continue monitoring the inbox and follow-up status.

How Existing Users Update

The repository changes over time. Do not start again in an empty folder. Send this prompt to your AI assistant:
