Skills Overview: Put AI to Work for Your Export Business

What is a Skill โ€” a "playbook" installed into AI

A Skill is not software. It is a set of methods, templates, and tools organized into steps. Once installed into your AI tool, you describe what you need in plain language and it does the work following that playbook; without one, the AI can still handle general tasks, but it won't follow this business method consistently.

๐ŸŒŸ The goal of this page: one table and a few short paragraphs so you know what the two Skills and the AI Agent Team each do, which to install first, and which tutorial to open after installing.

The Packages at a Glanceโ€‹

PackageShorthandWhat it doesWho it suitsAfter installing
Laifaxin Inquiry AcquisitionInquiry skillProactive outreach: find customers โ†’ first emails โ†’ smart follow-up โ†’ inquiries come backYou want to reach buyers directly and get inquiriesEnter the AI Outreach Overview
B2B Export AI WorkbenchWebsite skillPassive acquisition: build an independent site from your customer materials, with SEO / GEO playbooks built inYou need to build a site, revamp one, or publish contentEnter the independent-site track
Foreign-Trade AI Agent TeamAgent Team (agent pack)Changes collaboration: role-based division of labor โ€” production, review, and verification each play their partYou want long tasks to run more reliably, with quality checksEnter the Agent Team tutorial

๐Ÿ’ก Strictly speaking, the Agent Team is not a skill โ€” a skill teaches the AI a business method, while the Agent Team changes how the AI collaborates. It is included in the same table because the two are constantly asked about together; see below for details.

๐Ÿ’ก Installing several of them into the same AI is perfectly fine: the Agent Team handles division of labor, the Inquiry skill handles outbound (proactive outreach), and the Website skill handles your storefront (the independent site).

Which One First?โ€‹

  • You already have a site and want to develop customers directly โ†’ install the Inquiry skill first: it is the fastest route to inquiries; the full workflow requires a Laifaxin SVIP account;
  • You don't have a website yet and want to establish your storefront first โ†’ install the Website skill first: it runs with your customer materials plus an AllinCMS account; see the workbench tutorial for the workflow;
  • You want the AI to work more reliably โ†’ add the Agent Team on top: an optional enhancement that works with a single model, and the full outreach workflow runs fine with just the skill;
  • You want both skills: there is no hard order. If getting inquiries matters most right now, start with the Inquiry skill; if you want a storefront that draws traffic first, start with the Website skill.

Inquiry Skillโ€‹

What it does: hands the whole proactive-outreach chain to AI โ€” infer your buyer profile from your product, find similar customers, save contacts after your confirmation, generate first emails, and set up smart follow-up plans; when buyers reply, it grades them and quality inquiries feed back in as new seeds.

What you provide: a Laifaxin SVIP account, token / orgId (see the connection tutorial below), and a one-sentence product description.

Website Skillโ€‹

What it does: hands site building and content to AI โ€” give it your customer materials (PDF / DOCX / spreadsheets / images) and an AllinCMS account, and it builds the independent site and updates product articles following the repository's methods; SEO / GEO playbooks are built into the repository as well.

What you provide: customer materials and an AllinCMS account; uploads and publishing are approved item by item.

AI Agent Team (Agent Pack)โ€‹

What it is: an agent configuration pack (v4.2.1 with 22 roles at the time of verification; if the repository README shows a newer version, the README wins). Once installed into ZCode, you get a team of "employees" divided by specialty โ€” some produce, some review, some actually verify โ€” while the main agent breaks down your task and assigns it to the right roles.

How it differs from a skill: a skill teaches the AI what work it can do (a business method); the Agent Team changes how the AI collaborates โ€” complex tasks run through a pipeline of different roles, so output is steadier and drifts less. They complement each other: Agent Team + skill means your role-based agents execute the playbook together.

Do you need multiple models? A single model works. With 2โ€“3 models of different strengths (say, strong reasoning + fast response + image understanding), the division of labor becomes noticeably better. This is an optional optimization, not a prerequisite.

What you provide: no separate Agent Team account โ€” finish the first three ZCode steps first (at least one usable model), then copy the current install prompt from the repository README, give it to ZCode, and it takes effect in a new session.

  • ๐Ÿ“š Tutorial: ZCode AI Agent Team (installation, first use, and model assignment)
  • ๐Ÿ“š Position: Step 4 of the ZCode beginner path, an optional enhancement

Common Mistakesโ€‹

MistakeConsequenceHow to avoid it
๐Ÿ”ด Skill installed but the AI tool itself isn't set upThe playbook can't runFinish installing and configuring your AI tool first (install, permissions, model); beginners can follow the ZCode steps in the AI Tool Learning Path
๐Ÿ”ด Sending account passwords to the AI or pasting them into the repoCredential leakUse token / orgId only inside a trusted local AI session, as shown in the connection guide โ€” never write them into files, logs, screenshots, or backups; keep customer materials in a private local folder
๐ŸŸก Expecting fully automatic income once a Skill is installedWrong expectations; you get stuck at key checkpointsEvery key action needs your confirmation; a Skill is a playbook, not a stand-in for you
๐ŸŸก Using the Agent Team as if it were a skillIt teaches no business method, so business workflows won't runThe Agent Team handles collaboration; business work needs the matching skill
